This is an invitation to pause.
Ritualizing self-care is giving back poetry
to the simplest gesture.
It's touching your own body like someone who reads
a poem in a low voice.
It's remembering that you are, always were,
a sacred house.
The Poetic Ritual
Choose a calm moment.
It doesn't matter the time — it's the intention that matters.
Light a candle, choose a scent, touch a texture that embraces you.
Prepare your space.
It could be a corner of the room, the bathroom, the balcony.
Bring objects that awaken your emotional memory: a shell, a dried flower, a beloved book.
Breathe with presence.
Three deep breaths.
Allow the sound of the world to dissolve into silence.
Apply your Artisanatia product.
As if touching an ancient story,
as if the skin were parchment
and care, word.
